WELCOME TO THE GREAT AND FUN PLACE CALLED THE ANIME FAN’S OF PAKISTAN.
Following is a rules sheet as what is man if not a creature of ordered habits and laws. Rules and laws are what separate us from the baser animals and it is indeed man alone who has been blessed with the mental capacity to live in ordered and society. For all our sakes and for the good of the community in general I hereby present this rules sheet for all our members and prospective member’s to follow, obey and apply.
1. There shall be no tolerance, posting or mention of pornographic or explicit material’s whether anime [yaoi, yuri, hentai and anything resembling thereof] or real time.
2. Abusive language shall not be tolerated and person or persons using such language will be censured for doing so.
3. Abusing ones religion is strictly off limits a permanent ban shall be imposed on those who infringe this section.
4. Making fun of disabilities, appearance and language skills will get you censured.
5. Though mild trolling is allowed, offensive trolling will be taken down and all those who participate, acknowledge and cause propagation of same shall be liable to censure and if need be banned from the community.
6. Spamming will not be tolerated and will be taken down immediately (unless approved by admin), with the member being issued, yet again a notice of censure.
7. All propositions of trade i.e. buying and selling shall be restricted to the members authorized by Mr. Asaar in this regard. An updated list of said individuals shall be posted in the near future.
8. Only advertisements that do not infringe the law, third party rights including copy right trademark, privacy or any proprietary rights and norms of moral conduct shall be allowed to be posted.
9. That a total of two (2) censures shall be issued before imposition of ban. The Admin shall not be liable to explain their actions before a jury of the victim’s peers as that usually takes up unnecessary time and also allows the trouble makers to have fun at the community’s expense.
IN SHORT: You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your profile or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libellous, defamatory, blasphemous, inadequate or otherwise unlawful or material/statements of inferior moral turpitude.
